Lachlan Biggs and Robbie Eason produced sparkling knocks as Horspath stretched their lead at the top of Cherwell League Division 1 with a five-wicket win over bottom club Westbury at the Recreation Ground.
Chasing the visitors 216 all out after putting them in to bat, Biggs cracked an unbeaten 93 from 77 balls, while Eason hit 90 off 127 deliveries to steer the hosts home at 222-5.
The victory extends Horspath's advantage to 61 points over Didcot, who held out for a draw with Dinton.
Eason, stepping up from the 2nd XI for the first time this season, provided the foundation for the run chase, grinding the opposition's bowlers down at the top of the order before increasing the pace with ten fours and a six into the car park.
Biggs, meanwhile, continued his good form with 12 fours and two sixes as the pair put on 129 for the third wicket, before Eason was caught at mid-on by James Davenport off Edward Selby Lowndes.
Two more wickets fell as Selby Lowndes finished with 4-61, before Biggs sealed victory in style with his second maximum over mid-wicket.
Earlier, brothers Amin (4-45) and Asad Rafiq (3-48) led the way with the ball against a spirited Westbury batting line-up.
Getting movement off the pitch both ways, Asad dismissed the openers to reduce the visitors to 20-2, before claiming a third victim when Hardy Linnell (22) edged the sharpest of three catches for skipper Will Eason at first slip to make it 69-4.
Amin's off-spin and Josh Richardson's leg-spin then plunged Westbury deeper into trouble at 116-6 only for Willian Gurney (83) and Charlie Williams (40) to hold the hosts up with 96 for the seventh wicket.
Richardson (2-45) broke their partnership when Gurney, whose runs came off 122 balls and included 10 fours, fell to a catch at deep mid-wicket by Amin, who mopped up the tail with the last four wickets going down for four runs.
It was the side's 10th win of the season, and they will be seeking to continue their title tilt at Dinton next Saturday.
Dominic O'Connor's splendid half-century sealed back-to-back wins for Horspath 2nd with an eight-wicket victory at bottom club Buckingham Town 2nd in Division 2.
Having bowled the hosts out for 111 after inserting them, the visitors coasted to 115-2 with O'Connor making 58 off 68 balls with 10 fours.
He shared an opening stand of 97 with Dan Todd (44no) as victory was secured off 22.5 overs.
Horspath's bowlers had earlier been in fine form with left-arm spinner Sam Leslie impressing in taking 3-16 from 13.4 overs, with his haul including top-scorer Joseph Fallon (30).
Seamer Nishi Ranasinghe chipped in with 2-14, while off-spinner Joval Calix gave little away during his 16-over spell to return figures of 1-20.
The side are at home to second-placed Challow & Childrey next Saturday.
Horspath 3rd's resurgence in Division 3A ended with a 139-run defeat by Oxenford at Jesus College Sports Ground.
Fresh from winning their previous two games, the side bowled the hosts out for 236 after they had elected to bat with Ed Oakley taking 3-45.
Sameer Sonawale (61no), former Horspath player Arsalan Khattak (49) and Francis Moran (34) provided the bulk of the runs.
However, Horspath were then shot out for 97 with captain Mohson Rana undefeated on 35. Shafiqullah Hussankhil (4-16) was the chief destroyer.
Despite the defeat, Horspath remain in eighth place ahead of next Saturday's home game against Westcott.
Captain Craig Wharton hit a gritty unbeaten 90 to steer Horspath 4th to a battling draw at home to Division 5C leaders Oxenford 2nd.
Faced with the visitors' 207-3 dec from 42 overs after they had chosen to bat, Horspath were perilously placed at 115-8 with 15 overs left.
But Wharton stood firm to frustrate Oxenford, firstly with Robin Pykett, before safely negotiating the final 5.5 overs with last man Stuart Berry as the home side reached the close at 156-9.
The skipper's defiant knock came off 149 balls with 13 fours and a six as Div Puri (6-33) did the damage.
Earlier, Tim Rayden (76) and Oscar Woodcock (54) shared an opening stand of 148 for Oxenford, before Pykett (2-50) made the breakthrough.
The side are away to Garsington next Saturday.
