Horspath will be looking to repeat last year's success in the Voneus Village Cup fifth round with Berkshire champions Peppard Stoke Row the visitors this time to the Recreation Ground on Sunday (1pm).
Twelve months ago Will Eason's side enjoyed a 76-run home victory over Somerset & Avon winners Wembdon at this stage in front of a crowd of around 300.
The last-32 triumph was built on an exhilarating unbroken fifth-wicket stand of 171 between Robbie Eason (102no) and Max Smith (80no).
This will be Horspath's fourth game on the road to Lord's this season, having opened up with a 70-run home win over Minster Lovell.
A fourth-wicket stand of 78 between Stephen Green (54) and Robbie Eason (38) laid the foundations for the victory, before Will Eason and Josh Richardson picked up three wickets apiece.
A walkover against Stanton Harcourt followed in round two, before the side triumphed by 81 runs at 2002 and 2003 national champions Shipton-under-Wychwood in the area semi-final.
Richardson produced a terrific all-round display with 62 and 4-21, while opener Jimmy Phillips weighed in with 53.
Horspath were then crowned Oxfordshire area champions for the third time in four years with a four-wicket victory in the county final at Oxford Downs.
Stand-in skipper Amin Rafiq (3-25) led the way with the ball for the visitors, before Richardson (39) steered Horspath towards victory in a tense finish.
Peppard, meanwhile, celebrated winning the Berkshire section for the first time.
Having been given a bye in round one, the Thames Valley League Division 3a club then edged past hosts Moreton by seven runs after posting 154.
They were handed a walkover by Wargrave in the area semi-final, before triumphing by 35 runs at White Waltham in the county decider.
Nick Murdoch top-scored with 46 in the middle order to steer Peppard to 180 all out. The wickets were then shared around as White Waltham were bowled out for 145.
The club, which was only formed in 2014 following the amalgamation of Peppard CC and Stoke Row CC, run three sides on a Saturday with one in the Thames Valley League and two in the Berkshire Cricket League.
The prize for the winners is a home tie against the winners of Grampound Road (Devon & Cornwall) and Sully Spartans (Glamorgan & Gwent) in the last 16.
That fixture is a rematch of last year's clash at this stage when the Cornish side won by two wickets in South Wales, before ending Horspath's run with a 14-run victory on their home ground.
All supporters are welcome.
