Horspath 2nd remain 22 points clear at the top of Cherwell League Division 1 despite a 21-run defeat at title rivals Buckingham Town.
The hosts, who have now moved up to second place with Bicester & North Oxford losing by 34 runs at Didcot, posted 239 all out after electing to bat.
Josh Cummings (3-39), captain Ryan Hicks (3-45) and Will Eason (2-44) were among the wickets for Horspath, who were held up by a fourth-wicket stand of 117 between opener Azlan Kumar (95) and captain Adam King (53).
Rayaan Dogar (25) and Dan Todd (22) got the table-toppers run chase off to a good start with 49 for the first wicket only for both to fall to Saqib Hussain (2-17) as the side were pegged back to 93-4.
Robbie Eason (47) and James Boden, with 49 off 40 balls, added 62 for the fifth wicket to keep Horspath in contention.
But after they both fell to Joe Clark only Hicks (26) threatened to bring victory as the visitors were bowled out for 218.
Horspath will seek to regain the winning thread on Saturday at home to bottom club Cumnor, who beat Aston Rowant 2nd by 11 runs.
