Horspath showed great spirit to pull off an unlikely one-wicket win at leaders Wargrave in Home Counties Premier Cricket League Division 2.
Having bowled the Berkshire club out for 199 after they had chosen to bat, Horspath were soon in trouble at 5-3 and were facing defeat at 109-8.
But then Derval Green and Jehan Mohammed shared a ninth-wicket stand of 75 to take the visitors within sight of an improbable victory.
Green completed his fourth half-century of the season and had moved on to 62 from 78 balls with seven fours and a six when he was caught by Toby Greatwood off Mark Frith to make it 184-9.
Mohammed and Liam Turnbull kept their nerve, though, to knock off the remaining runs in a dramatic finish.
Mohammed finished with a well-made 41 not out, while Turnbull reprised his Village Cup heroics as a member of the last pair which secured a dramatic one-wicket win against Clydach by this time hitting the winning boundary to take Horspath to 202-9.
The visitors' top order had earlier been blown away by Greatwood (3-24).
Opener Tom Nichols and Connor Wardlaw set about repairing the damage with 55 for the fourth wicket only for the Horspath wicket-keeper to be bowled by Euan Woods for 24.
A middle order collapse saw Horspath plunge to 67-6, before Nichols and Green took the side to tea, and they had moved the score on to 105 when the opener was caught by Woods off Nilesh Bhandari for 44.
Wargrave looked to have the upper hand but Green and Mohammed swung the game Horspath's way to set up that thrilling finale and complete the double over the table-toppers following a 56-run victory at the Recreation Ground in May.
Horspath had produced a good display in the field to hold the leaders in check. Asad Rafiq (2-24) removed both openers courtesy of Josh Richardson and Wardlaw catches to leave the hosts 37-2.
And when Turnbull (2-25) chipped in with a brace of wickets, including the division's leading run scorer Greatwood with Robbie Eason taking the catch, it was 71-4.
Mohammed also struck with Jayden Barson caught behind to make it 82-5.
Woods had stood firm, though, and saw Wargrave to lunch at 120-5 with Mayank Gudimetla, who hadn't added to his 20 when he fell in the first over after the resumption to captain Amin Rafiq with Mohammed snapping up the catch.
Woods completed his half-century before being bowled by Green for 72 off 91 deliveries, which included eight fours.
Horspath then turned to leg-spin with Richardson trapping Harry Whitworth lbw for 25, before Viv Narayan (2-9) polished off the tail assisted by catches from Richardson and Nichols.
The victory made it back-to-back wins for Horspath and moved the side up to fifth place ahead of Saturday's trip to Datchet, who beat Ickenham by eight wickets, while Wargrave drop to second.
