Opener Dom O'Connor made a well-constructed 69 to keep Horspath 2nd's Cherwell League Division 2 title challenge on track in a five-wicket win at Great & Little Tew.
Chasing Tew's 200 all out after they elected to bat, the left-hander cracked 10 fours in his 100-ball knock to set the leaders on the way to victory at 201-5.
The win means Horspath remain 16 points clear of Westbury in the title race, while a win on Saturday at home to third-placed Witney Swifts, who lost by 48 runs at home to Tiddington, will secure promotion.
With the visitors 62-3 as Richard Churchill (3-33) picked up wickets, O'Connor shared a fourth-wicket stand of 75 with in-form Elliot Ruff (36) before being caught by Oliver Brooks off Jack Belmont.
It was then left to Jehan Mohammed (33no) to steer Horspath home.
Earlier, stand-in skipper Will Eason (4-36) had led the way with the ball as Tew were pegged back.
The home side were well placed for a late onslaught at 171-4 with handy contributions from Jack Pulley (44), Brooks (37) and opener Brayden Laffan (31).
But, with spinners Sam Leslie (2-30) and Joval Calix (2-40) chipping in, the last six wickets went down for 29 runs as Tew left 27 balls unused.
The victory made it six games unbeaten for Horspath ahead of Saturday's encounter against Swifts.
