HORSPATH face a trip to Oxford Downs in the Oxfordshire semi-final of the Voneus Village Cup on Sunday after the reigning county champions defeated Cumnor by five wickets in their rearranged second-round tie.
Cumnor were held to 166-9 off their 40 overs after being put in to bat by the hosts with opener Dylan Driscoll (76) top-scoring as Lawrence Brock took 3-33.
Downs then eased to victory at 170-5 as Alex Ling (42no) saw them home with nine overs to spare.
Horspath have reached the third round following an eight-wicket win at the Baldons and a 94-run victory at home to two-time national winners Shipton-under-Wychwood.
Sunday's game will see a meeting between the last two Oxfordshire Group winners with Horspath county champions in 2021 before Downs claimed the crown last year. Tiddington entertain Aston Rowant in the other semi-final.
