Horspath bid to retain the Cherwell League's Pullinger Cup on Finals Day at Banbury CC on Sunday.
The club's 1st XI triumphed in the inaugural T20 competition for Tier 1 and 2 teams last season with an unlikely nine-run win over Didcot in the final at the Recreation Ground after being restricted to 117-9.
However, following the side's promotion to the Home Counties Premier Cricket League, Horspath will this time be represented by the 2nd XI with the competition extended to Tier 3 sides.
Division 2 leaders Horspath 2nd face Sandford St Martin, who stand sixth in Division 3B, in the second semi-final at 1.30pm with Banbury 2nd taking on fellow Division 1 side Didcot in the opening semi-final at 10am. The final follows later in the day.
Horspath have reached Finals Day without playing a game, having been handed a bye in the first round, before Dinton conceded the quarter-final tie.
Sandford, meanwhile, beat Great & Little Tew by 31 runs in the first round with opener Steven Dobson smashing 82 off 46 balls, before Luke Jones took 3-13.
They then edged past Cropredy by four runs in the last eight.
Banbury 2nd, like Horspath, are through to Finals Day without seeing any action following a first-round bye and a walkover against Brackley.
Didcot progressed with a bye and a six-wicket win at Minster Lovell.
All supporters are welcome.
